FB Body weight complete

Finally I have completed this program, and the impact is huge... Wah!!!! I can't belief myself.

this is my PFT before;

1. 1 mile run time(never test)

2. Push up 20

3. Squat 60

4. Plank time 00:00:53

5. Sit n reach -4"

6. waist size 39.5"

and this is my PFT after

1. 1 mile run time( never test)

2. Push up 30

3. Squat 110

4. Plank time 02:02.37

5. Sit n reach 1.07"

6. Waist size 37.5"

I am feeling so great!!! now i am going to do FB Abs program and will update the results upon completion of the program... #workoutcomplete #fbbodyweight
