FB Burn, Round 2 - Smart HIIT & Strength Program to Get Fit Quick

Don’t let the title fool you. Getting fit quickly is not easy. It requires hard work and dedication.

The good news is that by following “smart” programs like FB Burn, Round 2, you can realize fat and weight loss, build lean muscle, and make drastic improvements in body tone, endurance, strength, and flexibility.

What sets a “smart” workout program apart is that they are expertly curated by fitness professionals, combining different training styles and intensities for maximum benefit. If you follow the progression outlined in FB Burn, Round 2 and focus on making solid nutritional choices, you can make great strides in a relatively short amount of time.

Similar to programs like FB Sweat and FB Blend, FB Burn, Round 2 provides you with the ability to modify your day, depending on your time available and energy level.
