Extra credit question

I have been wondering this for a while, and I figured I should ask to get some advice. When do you do the extra credit burn? Most of the videos in the programs are one long warm up, workout, cool down everything you need video. Where does the extra credit come in? Is it ok for me to do it any time in the day, before the cool down in the main video, or after the cool down portion? I may be over thinking this, but I am seriously confused. Help!
