FB Strong or FB Low Impact R2?

I'm looking for a challenging low impact program and it looks like FB Strong is low impact in addition to the obvious Low Impact R2 program. Which one is more challenging and what are your thoughts on these programs?

I want to do something low impact because although my doctor said I can resume my normal workouts now I suffered a metatarsal fracture 3 months ago and just want to baby myself by not doing cardio for another month or so to be sure I'm healed and not reinjure myself. When I was recovering for 3 months I worked out literally everyday and just did upper body strength, abs, and pilates (even though I find pilates boring it was all I could do for my lower body) but now I'd like to get back into lower body strength too and light cardio without jumping.

Since I'm not a beginner my worry is if I get FB Low Impact 2 it might be too easy and FB Strong might be more challenging?

What do you recommend and what are your experiences with these programs?
