Just as a lot of people do, I start a workout & quit after a while. Before, I really see any results in the mirror or on the scale. I am done cheating myself out of something I want, something good for me, & that I need, not just physically but emotionally & mentally as well. I am 35 yrs. old & 5'2". I have gained 25-30 lbs. over the past 5 years. When I hit 30, I think my metabolism just completely dropped & kept going downhill before I could figure it out & take control. Because of this, anxiety & depression are a part of daily life. I have known about FB for a long time now but, I quit before I ever started. I kept putting it off. Well no more. Today I purchased a 4 week program. Wasn't sure where to start but chose the Low Impact. Now that I have a schedule, & am told what to do, I pray I can stick with it & keep going, for a life long journey. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
