New Kid on the Block

Hello! I just discovered Fitness Blender this week. I was looking for some on-line videos to get me back into working when I came across this page. It contains EVERYTHING I was looking for and more. I am starting with the low impact 4 week workout. I don't believe I have ever had such an amazing workout with no weights. I love seeing Kelli, who is in incredible shape, feeling the burn with no weights. I love the focus on right movement and positioning. I am only on day 2, but I feel fantastic. I am aware of my muscles, but not in pain after each video. I am excited about my workout each day! Thanks, Fitness Blender (especially Kelli!)!!!
