I am relatively new - finished my second 4 week programme last week so I am asking long-term FB members for their insight.
Even though I enjoy strength training and it is now an integral part of my training, I still look for a programme which aims for leanness. I do not want to add more muscle at this moment. Has anyone found the best workout on FB for that aim? I am just looking for fat loss not to gain too much muscle mass? Any inspiration would be much appreciated. THANKS!
