In a program but want to do a 1000 calorie workout...?

Hi - weird question! I'm about to start Sweat but on one of the days I had planned to do a 1000 calorie workout since I'll have the time that day and haven't done one in months! Anyway, then I'll be disrupting the whole flow of the program and am not sure what to do. For example, the day before I was going to do the 1000 calorie workout Sweat has a scheduled HIIT and strength session and the day after the 1000 workout there is another HIIT and core session. I'd be skipping an upper body workout to do the 1000 calorie workout. What do you guys think? Is that okay? Meaning is that too much HIIT or strength in three days? I really want to do the 1000 calorie workout though...should I postpone the program? I know this is a weird question but I'm sick of puzzling over it myself, haha.
