Body weight vs strength programs

I just started Bodyweight program R1. I purchased a couple years ago but never went through it because I love strength training and especially the FB 30 programs. But I wanted to give it a go. Daniel and Kelly are great educators on the benefits of each (esp strength training) so I do know the difference. I was wondering how you use the body weight program? What goals do you have when you decide to go through it? What different results have you seen in comparison to other programs?

Also for someone who incorporates strength regularly into schedule, are there any cons to going through a 4 week bodyweight only and then back into strength? A lot of questions, I know! Just wanted a bit of feedback on the program itself and why some of you like to use it. Location/travel not the reason for going through for me which I know is a great benefit for some! I hope this all makes sense 😄Thank you!
