sprained my right MCL-which exercises/program to do?

My orthopedist has told me that I can do low impact cardio (jogging, walking, swimming, aerobics) and use leg machines for 3 weeks while I do recovery PT exercises, but under no conditions do squats, lunges or use free weights for lower body. I don't belong to a gym, and pretty much do all my exercises through Fitness Blender. Any suggestions for what to substitute for squats or lunges or which program to use? I have been doing FB Fit, Strong, and Abs. Thanks
