Program complete! Low impact 1

So... Here I am :D

Today I finished my first ever FB program! It took me a little over 5 weeks. I attend a very demanding degree at uni, which takes most of my day and many hours of studying, usually up to 9 hours a day. To de-stress I stop at 6pm and workout. This marks the beginning to my evening and my time to unwind. It helps me cope with stress a lot better.

Here are my stats, I forgot to take pictures of my before and after. I did not run 1 mile because it was too cold the first day and today I simply couldn't - I have a big exam tomorrow at uni and I wasn't anble to also squeeze the run in.

I am proud of myself and my achievements! I feel stronger, my arms and core are more defined.

I am doing again low impact 1 with extra credit workouts and harder modification this time!
