Am I the only one who truly hates yoga?

I feel like I might be weird but I just can't stand it. When K & D do the poses very quickly as stretches, like downward dog or pigeon, that's ok, but anything longer than about 15 seconds and I start feeling annoyed and irritated and lose focus.

Regular stretching I love- I'll do a quad stretch or such for 30 seconds and feel fine. I know yoga has a lot of benefits, but I just don't like it.
