Bodyweight only

Guys, I just got the news that I feared the most. My doctor put me off strength training due to a problem I had for some time now with my left shoulder. I’m so upset right now. On Friday I just finished FB Burn rd 2 and I loved it and I was planning on buying 2 more programs but they both include strength training. So now I’m left with only the FB Bodyweight. Or is it any other program that doesn’t have any strength training?

Now for the people that did the Bodyweight, can you tell me what is the average calorie burn? I’m afraid it’s not going to be as effective. What is your experience? Thank you!
