Which program to choose next?

I am about to finish the low impact program, round 1. This will be the first FB's program I will be able to finish! I am thinking about doing it again, using higher weights and doing the extra credit exercises (which I skipped altogether this round because I was starting to work out consistently for the first time in my life).

I am also considering to purchase the newest Low impact - round 2.

To those who are currently doing it: is it that different from round one? Are you liking it so far? Do you recommend it? Do the exercises repeat twice?
