Strong week 2

Soooo week 2 is almost complete!! Just have my recovery workout to go tomorrow 🥳

I have really enjoyed this week! I would say even more than last week. I pushed myself harder than last week but I was also more comfortable in doing so if that makes sense?

I also notice that I already feel much more supple! Like comfortable in my own skin. Apart from a bit of general soreness from working out, I have no aches and pains and just feel GOOD.

Another plus, my resting heart rate has dropped by 6 bpm over the last 2 weeks! Going from 61 to 55. I feel like I have more energy overall, but I am also falling asleep a lot earlier every night! lol

Really looking forward to next week already.

This is the first time ever it's not felt like a chore to work out 5/6 days a week and more a privilege.
