I'm not new to working out, how ever it's been awhile. So I wanted to ease my way in. So I did not give up and through in the towel (so to speak). I will have finished FB low impact today and loved it. So what do you guys suggest my new program should be? I would like to focus on losing weight. I do have thyroid issues(my doesn't work) which has not helped in keeping the weight off. I have gained around 40lbs. That I would like to take back off. How ever it is hard for me to move like I once did. So I don't want to go crazy and get discouraged and quit. Any suggestions?
