Which program to start with for a beginner.

Hi,

I'm new to fitness blender. I bought the "burn" program but day one left my legs so sore I could barely go up and down the stairs or get up from sitting. I did day two because it was arm day but day three is back to doing stuff that requires my legs to do the hiit portion and I'm not recovered yet. I'm feeling very frustrated! Is there another program that I should have started with for a complete beginner? Thanks in advance.
