Workout that doesn't drain you


I have been working out and have finished various programs. But recently, I have to put the focus on the interview preparation which requires me to not get tired, learn sitting in front of my computer for the whole day(taking breaks). I have not worked out for 2 weeks but I don't want to stop working out as it makes me feel good and confident. Is there any program that has enough amount of workout that won't drain me for the day and also make me feel as good as a HIIT?
