Fb low impact day 17 - help

Hello, much needed help is required!

I was supposed to do day 17.

It all started with the 5 minutes warm up video, that got me thinking "why am I warming up mainly the upper body to do a lower body/total body cardio recovery?". Amyway since I am no expert here, I proceeded into the actual workout.

About 6-7 minutes later, I was rolling like a baby on my mat with cramps in both of my glutes. LOL but not really. I had barely finished the first round and HATED it.

I listened to my body and did the new workout for core and back conditioning, plus some more stretching. I got my workout in and was happy about it.

My question is: Can I move on to day 18? Should I do day 17 again? Since I absolutely hated that workout (sorry K&D!) I am also asking for suggestion to switch it with sth else.
