Hi follow fblenders. So today at work I took some leftover Homemade bean chili for lunch at 12pm it was delicious but although it was 5 hours apart from my workout (5PM) with a snack at 3:30 I was soooo bloated for ny workout even after a 25minute walk home. Anyway I persisted with my workout and although I couldn't go as hard as a normally do I am proud to say I did it, workout complete and feel a little less bloated now :) lesson to self...no beans before a workout hahaha.
This is what I did:
Hour long workout, and was really good blender mix :)
