Suggestion for alternate workout..

Hey all! I was hoping someone could recommend a replacement for this workout...

Every time it comes up I cringe. I don’t feel like I’m getting a workout because I have a weak core/upper body as well as a weak wrist. So basically I’m in pain every time I try to do a push up. I’m hoping some day I can complete it but right now I’m just not able. If anyone else has a recommendation with a similar time frame (under 30 minutes) and working similar muscles I’d greatly appreciate it!
