HKS Accountability Group Feb. 9

Good Sunday Morning to Everyone,

Lets start with the thought for the day:

"I wake to a new day to renew myself in stillness and in silence, so that I may live this day in present moment awareness."

Day 8 of Flex for me, I will be putting some salve on my sore muscles from shoveling and raking in the gardens yesterday before working out.

The Abs workout is an add on to keep my core strong.

I am skipping the extra credit challenge because of soreness and because I will be rototilling the orchard this morning.

The best part of the day is my husband is off and we will be working the gardens together.
