Hi. I'm 23 and I need help with choosing the right program. I have an petite build with small boobs and light upper body but heavier bottom. I'm around 110 lb and 5'1. I'm starting to put on weight especially on my face, arms, love handles, butt and legs from being so lazy. My goal is to get a very shapely and toned feminine figure with defined curves in the right places. Which program should I go for to get the most toning and curve-defining results? I want to be "sculpted" if that makes sense. Thanks!
