Does anyone here use resistance bands for the workouts?
I'm having trouble deciding which ones to get. The hip loops look great for the butt workouts. I also saw some that are longer and you can use them for arms as well.
Just wanna know if anyone has combined these w/ the FB programs and if so, which ones did you like best?
Do you think it is better to get a hip loop just for the butt workouts or would the longer resistance bands work better?
