Looking For A New Program - Almost Decided But I Have A Question About FB 30 - Round 3

I'm almost decided to buy FB 30 Round 3 but as I checked I need dumbells and it includes strength training. Unfortunately, since I can't check the videos by myself before buying I wanted to ask people who have this program, how does 'strength training' part looking like?

How many days in a week? How is the general style of it, full of lifting, or I can moderate without lifting? To bring clear understanding to my last question: I know that I have a choice to not lift in any kind of dumbell video, but you know that it doesn't look same, especially if this video is full about lifting repetitions, plus it will be boring for me so I wouldn't like that.
