Good Morning Everyone,

As the sun rises here I am watching the ice crystals form on all the windows and decks. Brrrr cold. Not a great motivator for working out but I will do it anyway.

Day 3 of Flex:

I will start with a nice cardio warmup:

By then I should be good and warm. So I will go outside and thaw the animals water again and feed them
