I just completed FB Burn yesterday and feel better than ever and excited to start another program.
Although my jeans fit better I lost the most side in my legs, which I am happy about but my main concern in my stomach.
I know you can't target just one part of my body and that my body will lose more on my legs and slowly in my belly.
I have purchased FB Burn 2 and I think I will start that in a couple of days or after doing a 5 day challenge.
I am just wondering if it would be better to do FB Abs in hopes to shrink my belly or should i do it after FB Burn 2?
