New FB Plus workout is live!

40 Minute Dynamic Upper Body Strength Workout for Arms, Shoulders, Chest & Back

We had fun with this one. Each set is grouped into two relatively traditional upper body strength exercises, in an AB/AB pattern. However, we’ve added a third exercise onto the end of each group, for an ABC/ABC pattern, where “C” changes each time you go through. It’s like if a traditional strength workout married a Bored Easily workout! The end result is that you get a predictable muscle burn with the two sets of traditional moves and then an opportunity to challenge less obvious, smaller supportive muscles with the more dynamic exercises of the C group. This combination left both of us surprisingly sore the next day!
