Is the low impact program enough to lose weight?

Hello guys!

I'm finishing my second FB programme, but I did not lose any weight. I've decided to focus on my diet now because this might be the problem. Also, I can't manage exercise 6 days a week. Usually, I do it 3x or 4x a week.

Because I have a rheumatic disease, I always go for the low impact version of the exercises and starting to wonder now if this has any impact on the weight loss. Does anyone has been through a similar situation? Any suggestions for the next programme to purchase?
