New FB low impact program

So I was looking ahead at the schedule and I'm a bit confused (not really anything new. Lol). About 2 weeks in, there are some days with over an hour of combined workouts. Are we supposed to do all of those? I know one is is a 40 minute lower body strength (it's one of my favs!) And then a 35 minute Pilates (I think). I'm rather OCD and love to tick boxes and I was surprised to see that when it was advertised as 40ish minutes as the longest workout.
