Flex & Abs combined and scheduled, I'm excited!

I still have 2,5 weeks of FB30 left but I've wanted to try combining those 3 day programmes for a while now. I'm a student working on my dissertation and as I have virtually no classes apart from occasional supervisor meetings, I spend most of my days at home reading/writing. So, nothing better than break that with 45 minutes of Fitnessblender! I'm really quite hyped since this is hands down my best opportunity to date to do this.

Any other students out there? How do you balance health and academia? Or anyone who has combined these two programmes before, what have your experiences been like?
