FB low impact

Hi! I have just completed week one of the FB low impact program (yay me!). I was peaking through next week's workout and I find them to be all on the higher impact side. For instance, some workouts are targeted as "low impact" but include various exercises such as star jumps. I know I can do variations to lower the impact on my joints, but I was wondering how other people found it and if you suggest to do again week one and then flow into week 2. I feel like week 2 workouts are much harder and there isn't a slower progression in between.
