Burn vs. Sweat?

I'm a few weeks away from finishing FB 30 R3 for the 3rd time, I've also done FB Fit R2. Looking at getting a new program and it seems like a lot of people like FB Burn and FB Sweat. Looking at the descriptions of these programs they seem basically the same. What's the difference between them, and which would you recommend? Thank you!
