One More Reason I LOVE FB

Tomorrow is upper body strength training day for me. The “Surprise Me” feature gave me the strength workout below.

Loving this little gem for a few reasons... mainly, it is a good example of one of Kelli & Daniel’s philosophy that any minute of exercise is better than ZERO minutes. I also love anyone can use the foundation of this 10 minute upper body strength routine and make it pretty intense. And, there are a few exercises I haven’t done yet. “Surprise Me” is awesome!

I will use the template of this 10 minute “gem” doing 3 sets of each group tomorrow morning after a run. 💪

Anyone thinking about committing to FB Plus, go for it. Contemplating what a gym membership costs vs FB, the math is simple. Think it’ll just keep getting better and better.😁👍
