FB30 R4 debate

Hi everyone, I am sure this question has come up but I wasn’t able to find it in the community replies. I purchased FB30 R4. I really like all of the workouts in it but has anyone seen significant weight loss/strength gains with just 30 minute programs? If so how long before you saw results? Wondering if I should do the hour long programs instead?
