FBReach complete

Today was the last day of Reach. I hardly ever do the PFT's. So instead I did this upper body workout:

It was a bit hard today. I went to a pubquiz last night (only ever did it once before, over 15 years ago). I had 2 (strong)beers, but then we won a drink with the final question.. that 3rd might have been too much 😜. Then I biked home and hang out with the husband a bit. Only had about 6 hours of sleep (I need 7 at least) and a bit of a woozy head, but I got it done.
