Hey FB friends! How are your programs going?! Week 2 for me is complete. I was off yesterday and completed my first workout for week 3. Today I am low on energy though, so I slept in this morning and will complete my workout tonight after work/before dinner.
I have strayed from the meal plan for the beginning of this week but with healthy things! Dinner tonight is baked salmon, roasted broccoli and brown rice (my favorite)! What are some of your favorite healthy meals/snacks?
