Knee pain/injuries

I just started 4 week low impact again, and I always have knee pain. I think I may have figured out why.

Is it possible to injure your knees by putting all or the majority of weight on your heel when doing squats??

One quick comment by Daniel made me realise that I think that's what I'm doing and why I always have knee pain!!

He said "weight evenly disbursed between your heel and your toe," and I realised that I was putting almost all my weight on my heels. Ugh, so I focussed on trying to even it out, and the knee pain went away when I did it correctly.
