I've read more than once that fellow Blenders have combinded Abs and Booty for better results. Please, would you mind sharing how exacly you did this combination? Did you do all videos for Abs+Booty every day or one day did the FB Abs work-outs and the next day the FB Booty work-outs? I'm confused.
I know it might sound like a dumb question (probably is :)), but please, be patient with me and explain, if you don't mind :)
