Missing days

Hi guys. I'm in the middle of a programme and I've been falling behind with the routines because I've been priortising getting a full night's sleep - our little lady has been waking up at around 2 or 3 am every night and I usually get up at 5 am to work out as it's the only time I have. I was just wondering at what point you give up the ghost and reset the programme?
