What to do after Low Impact?


Hi guys, I’m a pretty seasoned exerciser but elected to do FB Low Impact after a few problems with my knees. My knees haven’t hurt in three weeks and that’s with doing most of the high impact options when given the option in the workouts so I’m pretty sure I’m ready to step my game up!

I’m looking for a new workout program that’s a good mix of cardio and strength and provides a decent amount of fat loss: any suggestions?
