Lost abs

Hi I’ve been doing fitness blender programs since August and love them, I’ve done strong, abs, booty, blend, fit and FB30. Before this I followed the blogilates Calendar for about a year. I enjoyed the blogilates workouts but wanted to lift more and have a change. I really do prefer Kelli and Daniel’s vids as I can find Casey a little too chatty at times especially in her older vids where she is talking about nail polish etc. However looking back at photos of myself my stomach was so much more toned doing blogilates and now I feel confused about what to do. I love love love fb but I want my toned stomach back. Any advise would be gratefully received!
