I have currently just finished FB Burn Round 1 and am looking to see what other workout programs I should try.
I have FB Abs under my purchased programs and thought that I should give it a go but worry about the amount of HIIT and cardio on the alternate workout days.
I am currently trying to not stress my knee too much (the right knee started acting cranky one day) and hubby nags me once in a while when I complained about my knee. I am looking at FB Mass but will really love to hear some suggestions from all of you on which program I should go for to continue working out without the stress.
