We are looking into a playback issue with the FB Plus ads free player specific to Firefox (MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTED). It impacts both macOS and windows users.
A temporary solution is to update your profile to use the YouTube player (will display ads and not work for FB Plus exclusive videos): https://www.fitnessblender.com/page/fb-plus-membership-faq#youtube
