What to do for MEDIA_ERR_DECODE errors during playback?
This error is displayed when the browser is unable to play back the requested content. This can happen during playback, or more likely, at or towards the beginning.
Please make sure your browser is up to date to the latest version and refresh the page, which can restart a connection that may have dropped.
For iOS. This is a known issue (that is being worked on). The issue revolves around app switching on iOS and how iOS puts apps into a suspended state (also the case when device goes to sleep). If you receive this error, a page reload / refresh will fix it.
What to do for PLAYER_ERR_TIMEOUT, MEDIA_ERR_NETWORK, MEDIA_ERR_ABORTED errors during playback?
This error can happen due to insufficient bandwidth / network speed, a firewall blocking the video data, filtering software (such as Sophos, or Lightspeed Web Filter blocking content), or a general network failure (for example, the internet connection to your home/school/personal computer fails).
Many times a page refresh will resolve the issue the page, which can restart a connection that may have dropped. Also please make sure your browser is up to date to the latest version.
How to Turn of Analytics & Stats?
Although metics and stats can be interesting, for some it could be distracting or simply something you do not want to see. You can update your profile and change "Display Analytics?" to "No" and analytics will be hidden completely (even from navigation)! This setting can be changed at any time (you will not lose any data).
My workouts are missing from my dashboard stats?
Only completed workouts will count towards dashboard stats. On the calendar, please make sure to click both the "Mark Complete" button (for each workout video) as well as the "Day Complete" button for the day. Then the completed workouts will update dashboard stats.
Why are my workout stats decreasing?
When viewing workout stats, specifically using "Last 7 days" or "Last 30 days", please note that each day the stats will update. This is because both "Last 7 days" and "Last 30 days" are moving targets (start / end dates) for each new day. Example, a workout completed 30 days ago yesterday will no longer be included in "Last 30 days" ago today.
In the future we will offer more granular control over the start and end dates to view stats.
