My workouts are missing from my dashboard stats?

Only completed workouts will count towards dashboard stats. On the calendar, please make sure to click both the "Mark Complete" button (for each workout video) as well as the "Day Complete" button for the day. Then the completed workouts will update dashboard stats.

Why are my workout stats decreasing?

When viewing workout stats, specifically using "Last 7 days" or "Last 30 days", please note that each day the stats will update. This is because both "Last 7 days" and "Last 30 days" are moving targets (start / end dates) for each new day. Example, a workout completed 30 days ago yesterday will no longer be included in "Last 30 days" ago today.
