FB30 Round 3 Week 1 - Complete

Hey! I finished week 1 last week and it felt really good! I've been getting up at 5am to work out and I was shocked that I stuck with it for the whole week!

Started week 2 this morning and while I typically love this routine (Squats and Deadlifts) I wasn't feeling it today. Think I'm just in a funk today.

How's every else's programs going?
