Getting back into things and weight lifting help

Hi FB Fam,

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted on here but I’m doing good! I’m up to my goal weight and can now do FB videos 4 times a week for 30ish minute sessions. So far I’ve only been doing cardio but I can now get back into weights. I was hoping to get some advice on this. Before my break i did lift weights but never really felt sore muscles and always felt I was doing the exercises wrong. Especially lower body moves life dead lifts. I was hoping for some advice as of what videos, size of weight, and help with form if anyone has any. Also Jennipurr says hi!
