Definitely feeling like I just got beat up this morning with this routine.

This past weekend was really good. I must have needed the sleep, because I was getting deep, deep sleeps that went past 8 hours long each time / not waking up until nearly 10am both days. Last night's sleep was really deep too, just way too short (as always).

The vegan pizzas were amazing - we went to this place that uses locally sourced ingredients... although the cheese was a processed brand. It's really, really hard to do a good vegan cheese, and most places fall back on Daiya (nothing totally wrong with that, I am happy Daiya is in the market, it's just... still "meh" for cheese).

Last night, I had ma over for dinner, where I did the cooking for once - I made us a vegetable cashew stir fry over rice and then we finally started watching the Mandalorian.

Time to get my lunch together and get ready for work - continuing the clean eating trend (it went pretty well last week, despite being broken up by new year's eve).
