What program should I try next?

Hi! I just finished Strong and I'm about halfway through Mass. I LOVED Strong and it gave me some of the biggest strength gains I've ever had. Because Mass has more cardio though, I'm realizing my cardio endurance is.....real bad.

I really want to improve my cardio endurance without sacrificing the strength I gained during Strong. I have a gym membership but y'all know the gym is CRAZY during January and I want to avoid it as much as possible. I also am not very good at plyo right now (my knees cannot withstand very much, currently lunges are my biggest enemy). Does anybody have any suggestions for what program would be best?

I thought about Sweat but I'm terrified of the HIIT to be quite honest. Maybe Low Impact, but I'm afraid that program won't be much of a challenge.
