I'm now following last week of FBburn r2 and finding it very challenging. I've loved every single day of the program and even if I don't weigh myself I noticed good change with my body. From next month I'll have exams at University,so I have to study and not much time for the rest. I thought about following FB30 but don't know why I feel as I took a step back and as I could lose changes achieved. Can you suggest me? What about FB30? What's the best round?
